Returns & Refunds (The Fine Print, But Make It Honest)
Look, we get it. Sometimes things don’t work out. Your shirt arrived and it’s not quite your vibe, or your mug has a weird printing issue, or Mercury is in retrograde and you’re reconsidering all your life choices. We’ve been there.
The 30-Day Window of Opportunity
You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to decide if you want to return it. That’s basically a month to overthink it, which we know you will. (Professional Overthinker™ and all that.)
What Counts as Returnable
Your item needs to be in the same condition we sent it:
- Unworn and unused (we can tell if you’ve lived in that shirt for a week)
- Tags still attached (don’t be that person)
- Original packaging intact (it doesn’t have to be pristine, but it should exist)
- Receipt or proof of purchase (check your email)
Basically, if it looks like you already adopted it into your cozy hermit lifestyle, we can’t take it back.
How to Actually Return Something
Step 1: Email us at support@cultivation.site with your order number and what’s wrong
Step 2: We’ll review your request (and probably empathize with whatever went wrong)
Step 3: If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions
Step 4: Pack it up and drop it off for shipping
⚠️ Important: Don’t just send stuff back without talking to us first. We’ll have no context, you’ll have no refund, and we’ll all be confused and mildly stressed.
When Things Arrive Broken or Wrong
If your order shows up defective, damaged, or just straight-up wrong, please contact us immediately at support@cultstudios.store.
We’ll make it right. Promise. We’re not trying to gaslight you into keeping a messed-up product.
What We Can’t Accept Back
Some things are just non-returnable by nature (or by law):
- Custom/personalized items (once it says your name or custom whatever, it’s yours forever, no take backsies)
- Sale items (final sale means final, even if you regret impulse-buying at 2am)
- Gift cards (they’re digital and eternal)
- Perishable goods (we don’t sell these, but legally we have to say it)
- Hazardous materials (also don’t sell these, but again, lawyers)
If you’re not sure whether your item is returnable, just ask. We’re pretty reasonable humans.
Want to Exchange Instead?
TL;DR: We don’t do direct exchanges.
The slightly longer version: Return the thing you don’t want, get your refund, then order the thing you do want. It’s faster than coordinating an exchange, and you get to overthink your new choice in peace.
For Our EU Friends: The 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you’re in the European Union, you have 14 days to return your order for literally any reason... or no reason at all. “I changed my mind” is a perfectly valid justification.
Same rules apply: unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging. You know the drill.
Refunds: The Waiting Game
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect it (quickly, we’re not trying to delay)
- We’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved
- If approved, your refund will hit your original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank might take another few days to process it (we don’t control that part, unfortunately)
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still don’t see your refund, email us at support@cultstudios.store. We’ll investigate.
